How to buy heavy crude oil origin Iran:

Option A: Payment by LC out of Iran
Contract with a trading company
Payment by LC out of Iran before unloading 
Delivery CIF the buyers destination port
Price:Average of Oman-dubai Plus 3.5 USD/BBL CIF unloading port

Option B: Direct Deal with NIOC:
The buyer of crude oil from Iran need to be registered by NIOC before receiving invitation letter for negotiation on allocation of crude oil, price and payment.
