The price of Naphtha is valid at the date of offer. for any update on price and allocation there is need to resuem and fund proof from buyer.

OPAP Purchase consulting supplies middle naphtha with bellow terms and procedure:

Option A: Deal with a trading company with LC out of Iran
Seller:supllier is a trading company out of Iran
Payment term: LC at sight against shipping documents at loading port(none Iranian documents)
Delivery term: FOB Iran ports, delivery in destination is acceptable by adding shipping cost
Price: PG Platts -32 USD/mt FOB Iran ports 
Documents: Origin None Iranian 
Procedure to buy Naphtha:
1- LOI for OPAP as consulting company confirming deal terms, Price(discount)and procedure
2- Providing all documents:  Passport copy, Fund proof, a bl or inspection report with the name of buyer 
3- OPAP makes offer after negotiation with the seller
4- The buyer applies for buying obligation and puts 1USD/MT in exchange shop and makes obligation to buy with agreed terms 
4- The seller issues proforma for first shipment
6- The buyer proceed for issuing LC

Option B: Main Terms and conditions to buy Naphtha from refinery:

1- Product : Middle Naphtha
2- Origin Iran
3- Specification of Middle Naphtha as attached sheet  
4- Packing of Middle Naphtha : Bulk shipment in bulk tanker vessels
5- Delivery term : FOB BandarAbbbas port
6- Price of Middle Naphtha : Persian Gulf Platts (Dubai Platts) minus 52 USD/MT FOB BandarAbbbas
   Price of Naphtha in PG Platts is 150.57 USD/mt 
7- Payment for Middle Naphtha: 110% of the value of each shipment in advance to the account of the seller out of Iran 
   10% against proforma invoice and 100% before loading
8- Performance bond guarantee: 10% of payment will be used as PBG in case the buyer fails to make shipment in due dates
9- Quantity: 35000MT minimum

Documents need for Registration with SPG :
1- LOI to SPG 
2- Papers of establishing of the company showing right for signature
3- Resume showing past deals on oil products
4- Fund proof from a prime bank
5- Passport copy

Procedure of buying Middle Naphtha:
1- LOI for OPAP as consulting company confirming deal terms with SPG
2- Providing all documents requested above
3- Applying for buying obligation and applying buying guarantee
4- Issuing proforma for first shipment
6- Advance payment to the seller`s account
