Delivery Terms for bitumen :Exwpork factory for land shipment or FOB Iran ports or CIF buyers ports

Option A: Payment by LC for sea shipment
1-Seller is a trading company
2-Product: Bitumen all grades 
3-Packing of bitumen: bulk or in jumbo bags or in new steel drums
4-Delivery Term:Exwork factories, FOB Iran ports and shipment to destination is workable by adding shipping cost
5-Price of bitumen 60-70 or 85-100 FOB Bandar Abbas by LC 
The Quoted price of bitumen above is for jumbo bags 1000kg each 
The Price of bitumen in New steel Drums is 45 USD/MT higher than quoted price
The Price of bitumen in bulk is 20 USD/MT lower than quoted price

6-Price of bitumen 60-70 or 85-100 with advance payment in two step 30% after yard visit and 70% before loading and price will be 10USD lower than LC .
 
Bulk shipment of bitumen carried out by bulk carrier vessels equipped with heater for keeping the bitumen warm and fluent for easy unloading at destination  port.

these grades of bitumen are available from Iran:  Bitumen 30-40, Bitumen 60-70, bitumen 85-100, bitumen VG30, bitumen VG40

4- Specification of bitumen: As attached sheet 
5- Packing: bulk ,jumbo bags or in new steel drums 
6- Quantity: 10000mt minimum 35000mt per shipment maximum
7- Delivery term: Exwork, FOB, CIF
8- Price of bitumen: for quotation need your last bl and business card and LOI
9- Payment term : according to agreements LC, Cash in advance or Exchange deposit
10- Inspection of bitumen: By third party company on buyers cost while loading 

Deal process to buy bitumen:
1- LOI along with resume and fund proof and passport copy
2- Offer by OPAP and updates on price and terms 
4- Signing commission contract and Buyer flies for contract to Iran
3- signing contract with the seller
