Cold LPG (Liqified Petroleum Gas) LPG from Iran Kangan Refinery for sea shipment OPAP as purchase consultant is ready to supply lpg for sea shipments with terms and procedure as bellow: Kind of LPG: Cold and Fully refrigerated For 44000mt shipments Mix of Butane and Propane: Butane (26%) + Propane (74%) For 22000mt shipments Mix of Butane and Propane: Butane (64%) + Propane (36%) Quantity: as above table Quality: As Standard Specification as attached Delivery Term: As offered according to INCOTERMS 2010 Price Formula: Saudi Aramco CP price for LPG at month of NOR with discount or premium as quoted in above table Payment: 2% against prepayment invoice before issuing PI and 20% of total PI value in advance upon receiving the PI and 80% before loading (The total payment is 102% amount and shall be settled fully in the Sellers trusted account out of Iran.) Insurance to be covered by the Buyer Inspection: Will be done by an independent inspector appointed by the Buyer at Buyers own costs and expense. Shipment time: in less than 10 days from date of PI Demurrage: 32000 USD/DAY will be paid by the seller for 22000mt vessels in case of delay in loading , bad wheater is not included in loading time. Procedure: 1- Presenting LOI along with fund proof, resume and passport copy 2- Offering terms and price by OPAP after consulting with the seller 3- The buyer confirms deal terms and price and procedure 4- The buyer signs consulting contract with OPAP and apply for Guarantee for buying 5- The seller issues pre_payment invoice, then Pro-forma Invoice
