– opened in Tehran on 5 May 2016.
1,794 companies –1036 from Iran and 758 from 40
countries - showcased their latest achievements in the Show. Figures on participants showed that
Europeans outnumber others in this year’s exhibition – the first after the removal of multiple-
year sanctions against Iran. Companies from the United States that include Lincoln Electric also
participated in the Show through their European representatives. Major corporations that have
been listed by the media include Siemens, Lukoil, Gazprom, OMV and Saipem.
