The price of light Naphtha is valid at the date of offer , for update please provide your last BL and LOI.
1-	Product: Light Naphtha
2-	Origin Iran, Abadan or Setareh Refineries
3-	Specification of Light Naphtha is as attached sheet 
4-	Packing of Light Naphtha: Bulk shipment in bulk tanker vessels
5-	Quantity: 30000mt shipments
6-	Delivery term: FOB Iran ports 
7-	Price of light Naphtha: Based on price of NAPHTHA (Dubai Platts) with a discount as quoted above
•	The price of light Naphtha and discount is valid at the date of offer
•	Price will be update next Sunday after receiving proofs and loi from buyer
8-	Payment for Light Naphtha: Payment in AED or USD in Dubai to the account of the seller
•	5% in cash in advance against PREPAYMENT INVOICE 
•	115% of the value of each shipment in advance before loading
•	Total payment is 120% 
•	Excess money will be paid back in with 7 days after issuing final commercial invoice
9-	Performance bond guarantee: 5% of payment will be used as PBG in case the buyer fails to make shipment in due dates.
10-	Shipment time: loading take place within 25 days from the date of PI 

Documents need for Registration with refinery: all papers must be certified by embassy of the Iran
1-	LOI to refinery  
2-	Papers of establishing of the company showing authorization for signature
3-	Last changes in the company according to official newspaper
1.	Resume showing past deals on oil products like BL
4-	Financial statement and Fund proof from a prime bank
5-	Passport copy
6-	Presenting tax code from tax or duties organization

Procedure for buying Light Naphtha:
1-	LOI for OPAP as consulting company confirming deal terms and procedure
2-	Providing all documents requested above
3-	Applying for buying obligation and putting commission in an exchange shop in Tehran
4-	Registration process and Issuing pro-forma for first shipment
5-	Advance payment to the seller`s account as quoted above
6-	Shipment starts according to PI
