How to buy crude oil origin Iran:

Option A: Payment by LC out of Iran
Contract with a trading company
Payment by LC out of Iran before unloading 
Delivery CIF the buyers destination port
Price:Plus 4.5 USD/BBL CIF unloading port


Option B: Direct Deal with NIOC 

The buyer of crude oil from Iran need to be registered by NIOC before receiving invitation letter for negotiation on allocation of crude oil, price and payment.
