5-Packing of Kerosene: bulk 
6-Quantity: 122000 BBL
7-Delivery term: FOB Bandar Abbas port Iran
8-Price of Kerosene: as offered price above
  This price is for advance payment.
  Final price will be base on PG Platts price minus agreed discount
9-Payment:110% of the value of PI in advance to teh account of the NIOC out of Iran
  Payment will be processed in two step , 10% against PI and 100% before loading
10-Shipment time : within 30 days from Issuing PI

Procedure:
1- Issuing Request, resume, fund proof, Passport copy and business card of CEO 
2- Updating and Offering deal terms by consulting company
3- Signing consulting contract and making deposit consulting fee in money exchange shop in Tehran
4- Issuing proforma by the seller 
5- The buyer applies for payments and introduces vessel for shipment
