•	Providing all documents:  Passport copy, Fund proof, A bl or inspection report with the name of buyer 
•	OPAP makes offer after negotiation with the seller
•	The buyer applies for buying obligation and puts  1USD/MT in exchange shop and makes obligation will buy with agreed terms
•	The seller issues proforma for first shipment
•	The buyer proceed for issuing LC

The Price of Heavy End: According to price formula by NIOC for Heavy End which based on price of gas oil 2500ppm in Persian Gulf (Dubai) Platts with a discount applied by the seller
   Price of Heavy End is PG Platts minus --- USD/BBL FOB Asaluyeh port
   Price of Heavy End is --- USD/BBL FOB Asaluyeh port included discount
Payment for Heavy End: 110% of the value of each shipment in advance to the account of the seller out of Iran in USD, Euro and AED currencies
  Payment in two steps : against proforma invoice10% and 90% before loading
Performance bond guarantee: 5% of payment will be used as PBG in case the buyer fails to make shipment in due dates
Shipping Time: Within 15 Days from date of PI
