Producer of LPG for big sea shipments are South pars Gas Refinery , Pars petrochemical Company and for small shipments Lavan and Abadan Refinery

Price of LPG is valid at the date of offer.
For update and exact quotation there is need to fund proof, loi, last Bl and business card and passport copy.

How to buy and import LPG from Iran:
Option A:Payment by LC or Exchange 
1-Deal and contract is with a trading company
2-Packing: bulk
3-Mix of Butane and Propane :50% Butane-50% and Propane (10% tolerance)
5-Payment: By at sight LC against shipping documents at loading port         
6-Documents: shipping Documents will be changed to other origin 
7-Inspection: By third party company on buyers cost, inspection report is not involved in shipping documents and will be sent by courier.
8-Price: 
The price of LPG is equal to CP Aramco as quoted above plus 13%

Option B: 

Product: LPG
Specification: as attached sheet 
Producer: South Pars Gas Complex
Mix of Propane and Butane: Butane 50% and propane 50 % with 10% tolerance on seller option
Please ask for update of mix of butane and Propane with your proofs
Packing: Bulk
Quantity: Minimum 30000mt each shipment 
Delivery term: FCA Assaluyeh - all costs and transport to port and on the vessel are with the buyer
Price: Aramco CP price with above quoted discount
 
Payment: Proforma will be issued equal to 110% of the value of each shipment. 
The buyer pays 10% of the value of proforma to the sellers account  and 90 percent before delivery starts 

Payment Currencies: in EUR or AED out of Iran to the sellers account. 
Performance bond by the buyer: 10% of payment assumed as contract performance bond for cases the buyer fails to complete the deal in due time.
Inspection: By third party inspection company on buyer cost at while delivery FCA Factory facilities.

Consulting Commission fee: 1% of total value of total contract which will be paid by the buyer for each shipment, commission is not included in LPG price.
Procedure:
1- Presenting LOI along with fund proof, resume and passport copy and papers of company (need to be certified)
2- Updating terms and price with the seller and re advising to the buyer
3- The buyer confirms deal terms and price and procedure
4- The buyer makes deposit of commission in an exchange shop and makes obligation will buy with agreed terms and price and will pay all commissions
5- The seller issues proforma
