Condensate for land shipment to Uzbekistan, Afghanistan,Tajikistan .

The price of condensate is valid at the date of offer.
For update of the price of condensate there is need to last CMR and business card.

OPAP offers purchase consulting service to refineries and importers and exporters of condensate from Iran.

Deal terms:

Option A: Payment by Exchange shop

Payment by deposit of money in an exchange shop and release against CMR at origin
Shipment: only by land by railway wagons and Tanker trucks

Option B: Direct Deal with NIOC with advance payment:

Contract is with NIOC and PI with the name of the buyer
Delivery term: Exwork Storages at Asaluyeh only for land shipping
Documents: origins are Iran and will not change

Packing of Condensate from South Pars: bulk shipment
The price of Condensate for land shipment: as offred above Exwork Asaluyeh
Price will not regulate in duration of shipments.
Payment: 110% of the value of PI in cash in advance to the account of the seller out of Iran
Delivery starts in less than 10 days
Duration of shipment:30 days from date of delivery
The buyer of Condensate from South Pars has 3 days to introduce their forwarder 
In case the buyer fails to accept and ship the goods in due time 5% will be deducted as punishment and the contract will be canceled.

Documents required for registration: LOI + Resume + Fund Proof + Establishing papers of company certified by embassy of Iran +authorization letter for us as purchase consultant

Deal process:
1- The buyer issues LOI to OPAP confirming above terms and procedure  
2- The buyer provides all documents requested by NIOC 
3- OPAP updates price and availability of allocation and also deal terms with NIOC
4- The buyer signs consulting contract with OPAP and applies for putting the commissions in an exchange shop in Tehran and makes obligation will buy with agreed terms and price.
4- The seller issues Proforma after verifying the buyer
5- The buyer pays to the seller according to proforma and shipments start
