At the date of this offer Platts price is 602.92 and including discount price is 549.95 USD/mt FOB
Payment: 102% in advance to the account of refinery in Emirate in USD or AED or Eouro
Steps of Payment: 2% against prepayment invoice before issuing PI and 100% after issuing PI
2% will be used as PBG incases the buyer stops shipping or stop to buy
Inspection: by an international inspection company in buyer cost while loading 
Validity of offer: offer is valid but price will be updated as procedure 
Procedure:
1.	The buyer confirms terms and procedure and provides BCL,last Bl,business card and Loi
2.	OPAP as purchase consultant updates price, capacity 
3.	The buyer confirms price and applies for part of commission in an exchange shop in Tehran and makes obligation will not cancel the deal and will buy with agreed price and terms
4.	The buyer will be introduced to refinery for deal

Pentane plus is a natural gas liquid. Pentane Plus (C5+) as main raw material is ueed to produce benzene, octane, hexane and heptane. Pentane Plus (C5+) is a mixture of hydrocarbons which is a liquid at ambient temperature and pressure and constitutes most of higher carbons number hydrocarbons and pentanes.Pentane Plus (C5+) has five carbon chains. 
Pentane Plus (C5+) is used to make insulation material for heating pipes and refrigerators.
