Deal Term:

5- Quantity: Minimum Quantity of Fuel oil 10000mt one shipment
6- Shipment time is about 20 days after issuing proforma by NIOC

9- Payment : in cash in advance to the account of NIOC , 10% against PI and 90% before loading
10-Documents for registration: Passport copy , company establishing papers,fund proof, resume , LOI confirming all terms and price formula will be offered by the seller.
11-If the vessel specification differs with standards accepted by the seller , the contract will be cancelled and 5% of advance payment will be deducted as penalty along with processing costs.
12-Within next 19 days form date of contract , two days will be determined for berthing and loading
13- The buyer need to pay 100% of value of contract before loading to the seller account .This exclude 10% advance payment.
10- If the buyer fails to pay requested payment , the seller will cancel the contract will deduct 5% and his processing cost from advance payment
11- If the buyer fails to send his vessel in nominated days for loading,
The seller will help to accept the vessel in next ten days if there is any room for such process otherwise the seller will cancel the contract will deduct 5% and his processing cost from advance payment
12- After loading and issuing the BL , the final price will be estimated according to price of fuel oil CST180 in Persian gulf PLATTs in three days before issuing BL.
13-All costs and taxes in loading port is on behalf of the buyer of fuel oil
14-loading port: Mahshahr
